Description

Special ink coating one side of a tape can radiate the heat from light emitting or power devices as Far-Infrared Ray. These tapes can be applied to heat radiation of electronic devices that are equiped in smart phone, LCD , PDP,OLED and LED etc. Black-ink-coated tapes laminated on copper sheet are suitable for thermal radiation of bigger area, that can replace graphite sheet.
