CHIRABAZOL®, the PLA modifier developed by Taiyo Chemical, can greatly improve the impact resistance. Becaue of 100% vegetable origin composition itself, it does not change the proportion of plant materials in PLA. CHIRABAZOL® can be used in not only food packaging materials but also in industrial parts. CHIRABAZOL® shows better effect even at a small amount (weight ratio of 1 to 3%) than polymeric modifiers.
